2. Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by KE Store are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing or structural defects. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily arrange a replacement following the guidelines below.

Handling Product & Delivery Defects

Case A: Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival

All parcels are securely packed for transit. If you notice the outer parcel or flyer is visibly damaged, leaking, or crushed upon delivery:

  1. Do not accept or sign for the parcel from the courier/postman.

  2. Instruct the courier to return the damaged package back to us.

  3. Snap a quick photo of the damaged condition and send it to our customer service. We will arrange to ship out a brand-new parcel to you within two (2) working days.

Case B: Defective Items Discovered Post-Opening

If you accept the parcel and discover a structural or technical product defect after opening it:

  1. Immediately take clear photos or a short video of the defective product.

  2. Send the evidence to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange compensation or a replacement part within two (2) working days.

Case C: Incorrect Item Received

If the item delivered does not match what you ordered:

  1. Take a photo of the incorrect item along with the consignment note.

  2. Send it to our customer support team.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and ship out the exact, correct product to you within two (2) working days, covering all relevant delivery fees.
