1. Shipping Schedule & Timelines

  • Delivery Window: Our courier partners typically deliver parcels within 2 to 3 working days from the date of shipment.

  • Dispatch Days: We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Please note that no shipments are processed or dispatched over weekends or on official Malaysian Public Holidays.

2. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been collected by our courier partner, a Delivery Tracking Number will be automatically sent to you via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the courier's system.

3. Handling Delivery Delays

In the rare event of an extended transit delay by the courier network, we may recommend arranging a self-collection at your local designated sorting branch or courier hub to prevent any prolonged storage from impacting the transit packaging. If you notice an unusual delay with your shipment, please contact our customer service representative immediately so we can look into it for you.

4. Product Appearance Notice

Because our collections feature intricate craftsmanship and artisan materials, actual products may vary slightly in finish, shade, or natural texture from the marketing photos published across our online channels.
